What are the hospital visiting hours?
General visiting hours are from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM daily. ICU visiting hours are restricted to 30 minutes per patient. Please check with the reception for specific department timings.
Do you accept health insurance?
Yes, we accept all major health insurance providers. We also offer cashless treatment facilities for empaneled insurance companies. Please bring your insurance card and ID proof at the time of admission.
Is ambulance service available?
Yes, we provide 24/7 free ambulance service within the city limits. In case of emergency, please call our emergency helpline and an ambulance will reach you within 15 minutes.*
How do I get my medical reports?
Medical reports can be collected from the hospital's medical records department. You can also request digital copies via email. Please carry your patient ID or appointment slip for verification.
Can I reschedule or cancel my appointment?
Yes, you can reschedule or cancel your appointment by calling our reception at least 2 hours before your scheduled time. For online bookings, you can also manage your appointment through the website.
